So I bottled my tripel belgian and after a few weeks I tried one and it was fully carbonated. I put a couple of six packs in my fridge about two weeks ago but I just realized that I should have left them out for a while to age in the bottle at room temp. SO, am I okay to take these out of the fridge to bottle age even though theyve been in the fridge? Will they continue to age after the drop in temp?

Thanks guys

Aging or maturing your beer will continue in refrigeration but at a much slower pace. Bring them out and let them warm up and the process will speed up again.
