1) Should the bottles be standing or resting on their side?

2) Placed in a fridge or kept out at room temp, which in my basement is a consistent low 70s?

3) Keep bottled 2 or 3 weeks before serving?

Thanks in advance. I'm sure I'll be posting more questions.

CHEERS!

1. Standing so the yeast settles on the bottom.
2. Room temp (70f+)
3. Bottled 3 weeks, then stick in the fridge a minimum of 24 hours before drinking.

Welcome to the hobsession!! :mug:

Oh, another question. Should I be keeping my ingredients kit (the entire box) in the fridge until brew day?

Just the hops maybe, and yeast definitely. Although I guess the whole kit wouldn't hurt if you've got the space!

1. sit em bottles on der bums
2. buy beer
3. chill beer and drink it at appropriate temperatures for weeks.
4. run out of beer then try your own homebrew.
