Hi, My wife and I traveled to the Interlaaken region of Switzerland and enjoyed a lager made by Rugen Brau. I think it was their Spezial beer. (there was a language issue with the server in the small caffe.) It was brewed there and it had a very reminiscent flavor of Ritz crackers. I've tried to make a Munich lager and it turned out great but didn't capture the flavor I was looking for.
Does anyone have a recipie like that or know how to replicate that flavor profile?
