So I'm
Making my first braggot. Going to be about 10% abv. Doing oak chips soaked in makers mark for 5 days and then have cranberry extract and vanilla beans. Is this overkill? Or will i be able to get the tastes of each if i pull this off properly?

I would do the oak and vanilla in secondary, and then possibly wait until bottling to add the cranberry extract. I have never used it before, but you can always take a sample and add a determined amount and than scale up from there.
