Hey Everyone,
A friend of my girlfriend is moving overseas and gave us his entire homebrew kit (capper, two fermenters, etc.) and over a kilo of hops and grains, so now were have:

1kg roasted barely
750g Crystal Malt (doesn't say what L it is)
450g UK Kent Golding Pellets
140g US Cascade Pellets
360g German Hallertau Pellets

Now I live about 3km from 2 homebrew shops so buying more ingredients isn't a problem, but I'd like to use this stuff too, any suggestions on what to brew?

ahhh.. make it stop.... those european/yankee measurements are messing with my head ... :D
sorry, yawl... here in texas we don't have grams and kilos, except... never mind, the dea is watching

Roasted barley says stout to me. I used approx 250 grams of it in my mocha Stout. You could also do a cascadian dark ale (black IPA) I imagine. I haven't made one but you gave lots of hops to play around with. I would look into either of those.
