I am bottling a stout soon. I plan to make a coffee and bourbon addition to the bottling bucket. Is there anything I have to do differently when adding priming sugar to this? I planned on adding priming sugar, bourbon, and coffee, then racking the beer on top of it. Sound good? Does this affect carbonation rate in anyway? Thanks.

Only if you would be adding enough bourbon to raise ABV beyond yeast tolerance --- Since that doesn't seem likely, should be no problem.
