Hello,

I'm looking to add a Keg Post to the back of my kegerator. On the inside it would connect to a manifold and then out to the kegs. This way I can simple unhook my air tank from the kegerator like I would from a keg when I need to use it for kegging or bottling. Plus the connection can be airtight to the outside.

Has anyone done this and if so do you have any suggestions?

I'm thinking about using the adapter I've attached to this post. What I'm uncertain about is how to mount it to the fridge...

Thanks

i would do it the same as building a cooler mash tun, a piece of pipe and a couple of washers, orings and nuts on either side..

I guess I'm thinking since the wall of the fridge is much thicker, that type of connection may not work...plus that poppet has an o-ring inside that needs to make contact to make an air tight seal...hmmm
