Accidently stirred up some sediment prior to kegging..

I guess taking the FG sample and carefully moving my glass carboy still stirred up a bit of sediment right before I am ready to keg. Should I wait to keg, try to put some type of grain bag or something over the end of the tube when syphoning, or just go for it?

Entirely up to you, if you rack now it will settle while the keg carbs, first pull or two and it will be all gone.

Keg it. it will settle in a day or two as Chefrex said and the first glass or two will can be tossed.
