As the title says, I added a tablespoon of yeast nutrient to my one gallon wash rather than the recommended teaspoon by mistake. Will this impact the product?

IDK you might, that was 2 tsp too much. What is the OG of the must?

It's just yeast nutrient. In all likelihood the worst consequence is that you wasted 2 tsp of yeast nutrient.

Are you washing white or dark clothes?

J/K - You will have massive amounts of off flavors though, smell the yeast nutrient and that's exactly how your beer will taste.
