I had the pleasure of attending a Denny Conn seminar at NHC this year. During the seminar, he made a tea tincture using vodka and a cream whipper. Essentially, you pressurize the cream whipper with nitrogen producing a tincture in minutes instead of days/weeks.

I have a brew club meeting in 6 days and thought this may produce an accelerated dry hopping. Any thoughts on if this would work? Possible downsides?
 
One possible downside is that you'll buy a case of nitrous charges and end up super high. Or is that an upside?
 
So, you add hops and vodka to that, and basically make a hop extract immediately? Any ratios of vodka to hops or vodka to AA?
