I have ended up with a Fg on 1.015 and found that to be a bit sweet.
How wold it be to do a second fermentation?
 
how many readings did you take? If you took a few over several days and it was the same, then it's done. The only way to get it lower is amylase enzyme, and I'd use it VERY sparingly.

Also, carbonating changes the flavor significantly. Too sweet now might be perfect later. What's the style of beer, how old is it and what was the original gravity?
