Interesting idea. I'd try it.
For the past couple of years, if I know I am going to be having more then a few, I take a B-100 total complex vitamin. Hangovers are virtually a thing of the past.

they added 25 mmolar/L sodium. So assuming they added NaCl (non iodized) this comes out to 1.44g/L. Maybe Ill try adding this to my next batch and see if I feel hydrated...
