I'm confused on a couple of parameters and what they mean on hopville. In the mash/fermentables section, They have a 'batch size' parameter. Is this the size you're supposed to wind up with after mash and sparge? And where does it calc mash and sparge volumes for me--or does it?

Finally, what does everyone on this site use?

Beersmith is the way to go. Hopville doesn't figure mash/sparge volumes. It will, but they'll be charging for it soon.
