A Beautiful Sight in the Morning

I brewed an AG Czech Pils yesterday and was greeted by this lovely sight at 6:00 this morning.

Just does your heart good to see yeast at work...

Yup. Does a body good! The center piece is still up on my hybrid lager after about 6 weeks. Had trouble knockin off the last 4-5 points. Kinda weird,cause the one that was next to it has been in bottles a week already.

I love waking up to the rapidly bubbling sounds of co2 being pushed through the blow off tube. Its enjoyable to hear a few big ones from the other room.
