Thoughts on the below?

10 Lbs Briess 6 row (did not mean to get 6 row)
2 Lbs 2 row
1 Crystal 60
.5 Biscuit
.5 carapils

Norther Brewer .5 oz
Cascade .5 oz
at 60, 30, 15,0

Wyeast 1203 Burton IPA.

Looks good, with a grain profile of an APA/IPA. Only change I would make is to eliminate the 30 min hop addition. I think the aroma and flavor are more pronounced with shorter boil times and later additions.

Brew on!

I should have mentioned I did this yesterday.

90min boil, final 5.5 gals at 1.064. it is bubbling like crazy right now. I think I will dry hop with some more cascade.

I am excited to see how it turns out.

transferred this to the secondary yesterday and threw in a couple of oz of cascade.

My hydrometer sample tasted amazing. It came out at 1.015 FG. Looking forward to kegging this next week and enjoying in a few weeks.

I bought 5 lbs of 6 row to try it for the first time. May use it for an IPA.
