Forgive me father for it has been 6 months since my last brew day.

Looking for a fresh IPA to get me excited to brew again.

Ever done an all Simcoe IPA? Mmmmm. Best IPA I ever had was an all simcoe IPA I made using a BBS recipe.

“60-minute mash at 152°F:
3¾ gallons water, plus
5 gallons for sparging;
11.5 pounds Belgian
Pilsner malt, 2.5 pounds
Caravienne malt, 0.5
pound Biscuit malt, 0.5
pound Aromatic malt
60-minute boil: 3 ounces
Simcoe hops, divided into
sixths
Ferment: 1 packet English
ale yeast, such as Safale
S-04; 1 cup honey, for
bottling”
