52L recipe for 60L all Rounder

[buzzliteyear]

wanted to get back into brewing so purchased the 60L allrounder
And only wanted to Steep some grains with say 2x 1.7kg Black Rock Light Malt Extract and 2kg DME
as a starting point ( 4.5ABV 10 IBU speights Ultra clone)
as the LME already has the larger malt i need the munich malt for flavour and Pacifica for hops.
Im not sure the ratio of Munich grains to steep for this to happen or how much
any help be great
