48 hour yeast suggestions

Afternoon all!
I'm not new to the homebrew thing but recently thought I'd be a bit lazy and got some alchotec 48 hour yeast. It's bubbling away for 7 days now. Used the 9 kilos of sugar in 24 ish l of water do should come out 20 odd percent hopefully.
I've never fermented this way before I've always made either beer from packs or wine from wild fruits vegetables, whatever!
I suppose my question is this stuff's going to be pretty flavourless when it's done so any suggestions of mixers? Or anything else I can do with it?
 
It’s not flavorless exactly, but it’s not a good flavor. I did some of that planning to do something similar, but ended up dumping it because i never figured out what to do with it.
