I recently printed out a mold for a custom gasket for my mash tun (I was being anal about having the EXACT part I wanted to make it work). After some time spent in CAD and a few prototypes that needed refining, I was then able to mold the (almost) perfect, food-grade silicone gasket (rated up to 400ºF for overkill).

Anyone else used 3D printing to solve a brewing problem? With the temperature limitations of common filament materials and the toxicity of resin, I'd love to know what people have come up with!
