Well, mine are up and growing, about a month earlier than I actually planted them last year. My Cascade rhizome never sprouted last year and I pulled it out this year. It appeared to be dead and rotting. Anyway, the Magnums are growing and the sprouts look much thicker this year. They are about 3 inches tall and already the stalk is pretty much as thick as it ever got last year by the end of the summer. I went ahead and trimmed back all but 3 of the thickest ones down to the base. Hopefully this year I'll get a few flowers at least.

Treat em right....keep em watered.....and give some miracle grow here and there and you might be surpriesed what you get.

Mine were second year plants last year. I have four of them. 2 cascade 1 centennial and 1 CTZ......I harvested 8 pounds.

Cheers
