I brew 10 gallons in 15 gallon sake kegs but most of my batches have a high amount or pilsner malt so I do 90 minute boils. That put me at a boil volume of 14.4 Gallons usually. So in a 15 gallon keg I have to boil very slowly and even remove some wort in the beginning to prevent boil-overs. I want to upgrade to a 20 gallon pot and was looking at this but I wasn't sure about aluminum clad steel. I assume its fine but thought I'd get opinions. Thoughts?
