20 gallon Brew Pot

I brew 10 gallons in 15 gallon sake kegs but most of my batches have a high amount or pilsner malt so I do 90 minute boils. That put me at a boil volume of 14.4 Gallons usually. So in a 15 gallon keg I have to boil very slowly and even remove some wort in the beginning to prevent boil-overs. I want to upgrade to a 20 gallon pot and was looking at this but I wasn't sure about aluminum clad steel. I assume its fine but thought I'd get opinions. Thoughts?

It’s a stainless steel pot. The aluminum is sandwiched in steel in the bottom plate to help with conducting heat evenly. Your wort won’t touch the aluminum at all.

Agreed, SS on the inside and outside, with a slab of aluminum sandwiched in the bottom.
