Well I came up with this recipe based off of some random malts I have on hand:)off:I'm trying to use up what I can to make an excuse to go to the LHBS to buy more malt and other goodies) back on topic, How does this look for an Imperial Stout?

I was thinking about possibly adding a combo of oak/bourbon.

let me know what you all think

I use 3-4 oz in my Mojave Red (five gallon) and find it very noticeable. I'm not sure how it will come out in a stout. I used a whole pound in a amber before and found it overpowering.
