I have to take my hat off to the wealth of information here on the board. Reading the threads and looking at some timetables really made it easy to be patient and let my first home brew truly setup and get to where it should be.
I popped the top on my first bottle this weekend and it was spot on to the Sierra Nevada Pale ale I spec'd out with my local home brew shop!
It went down so smooth I regretted not putting more in the fridge. I won't make that mistake this weekend ...
I've attached a photo so you can see the color, and what I felt was a really nice head to boot!
Anyone want to send me some better glasses I'm all for it... Miller Lite this beer was not.
