I have to take my hat off to the wealth of information here on the board. Reading the threads and looking at some timetables really made it easy to be patient and let my first home brew truly setup and get to where it should be. :D

I popped the top on my first bottle this weekend and it was spot on to the Sierra Nevada Pale ale I spec'd out with my local home brew shop!

It went down so smooth I regretted not putting more in the fridge. I won't make that mistake this weekend ... ;)

So many beers not enough time to brew them all. Start up a pipeline so that you don't run out. Brew more......
