Sugar has been boiled and is cooling, everything is sanitizing, just waiting for the pizza and my bottling help to get here.

Just bottled two batches in two days. Sometime I wish I had a legging system. 260 bottles of beer conditioning in my closet :/
 
Midwest's Autumn Amber. Smelled wonderful, looked great. Left a bit more in the fermentor than I had planned on but all in all it went well. I wasn't sure how thick the yeast cake was. Didn't worry, had a craft brew. I think I'll be in good shape in a few weeks!
