15 min Double Choc Orange Mint Stout?

Experimenting more with 15 minute boils. Made this recipe from what I had on hand.

6.6 lbs Dark LME
1 lbs marris otter
.25 lbs chocolate malt
.25 lbs coffee malt
.50 lbs carapils 60
6 tbls unsweetened cocoa powder
dry mint in boil
fresh mint in primary
dry orange peel boil
7 oranges in primary
2 oz Nugget hops in boil
Yeast 05

Will add more fresh mint 7 days out.

Steeped grains 1 hour

Let's see what we get

I dig this. Some of the best brews I’ve had were just experimental tests that turns out great. I’d be hesitant to use mint..but who knows. Look forward to seeing how this turns out
