I plan to brew JZ's ESB. It calls for crystal 15L. Where can I get that? I checked Austin home brew and northern brewer. They don't carry it. If I can't get it should I use the 10 or 20? Or some other specialty grain?

Northern Brewer carries British Crystal Malt 15L. I don't see it on the internet, but I know they carry it in the St. Paul store. I believe it is a Simpson's product

For an ESB, I'd go with 20L. A little darker and slightly more caramel is fine in the style.

10L is fairly close to 15, so you would be ok with that. but if you want 15 we have it at morebeer.
