First off, I know. RDWHAHB. Just did that. I've made a sweet milk stout and an english nut brown. Just finished brewing an american IPA, added some extra hops, and cooled. Went to pour it into the primary and noticed they forgot to put a pack of yeast in the kit. Store is closed, I'm gonna be at the firehouse 2moro, gonna be at least Thurs morn till I can get it and add. Poured it in, blow off installed. Will it be ok to wait till then?
 
If your sanitation is good, you should be fine. I would get some yeast in there asap though.
 
I agree with the above. Add yeast as soon as possible as your wort is not completely free of bacteria/wild yeast and spontaneous fermenation will take place eventually.

Also, make your thread titles a little more descriptive. :)
