Thinking about adding a HERMS coil and mixer to my 10 gallon Blichmann and wondering if anyone has found a flat replacement lid? The lid that comes with the Blichmann is domed and would make mounting a mixer difficult. Notching for the HERMS coil isn't bad but a flat lid would make mounting the mixer motor easier.
