I'm parting with my custom 1/2BBL Automated Digital Brewery. It is an amazing system which is essentially sealed, allowing you to put 16G of cooled wort in the fermenter(s), sealed all the way from the HLT. TONS of other stuff in here, please see the attachment for the full listing.

Selling the full system only, no parting out. I've priced this aggressively.

So there is no true automation that progresses brewing steps without manual intervention, such as that provided by a BCS or other software interface? It's just manual controllers.

That is correct. You have a punch a few switches and move a hose or two. Nothing that can't be done with a beer in one hand.
