i have niticed that thor's hamer is a popular recipy. which is good cuz i just started a batch 4 dayes ago. but i have a few Q's. the recipy says three weaks and botel it and drink it more or less is this an evective way of makeing good (tasting alcol %) cider or is there something else i should do? and how do you ell when fermentation is over (im not to big on vinager and i dont want 6.5 gal of it) and last worm and dark dark is pretty self explainitory but worm (hoW worm) 60%, 70%, 80%.
