Does anyone own a EBC II or have you built it?

Looking to move from stovetop to electric and I want to build something very similiar to the EBC II. While I am not the greatest at wiring I did build a controller with two pids and and two pumps, that was for a three vessel propane setup that I never used. That being said, if someone could help me build this I would be willing to sell my two auber 2362 for pennies on the dollar. Its hard for me to justify a $300 dollar buy for a controller without a pid or any sensors hence the DIY. Looking for simplicity.

you can buy the kit with directions from stilldragon for about $38.. http://stilldragon.com/index.php/diy-controller-kit.html . add about $30-40 bucks in additional hardware and the EBC enclosure from home depot and you have a clone built for under $100... Honestly if you built your pid controlled setup this would be a walk in the park... much easier to wire up.

JBOGAN, I own but no longer use an EBC II controller that I'd be willing to sell. Send me a message if you'd like to discuss. If not, good luck with your build!!

Do you still have the EBC II available BeeRRunBrewery? If you still have it...how much are you looking for and is the version that allows for the temperature sensor?
