How does the wort/beer taste?

Edit: Sorry, did not see your comment on the taste. If it's infected it would not be from the soaked vanilla bean. What's the ABV?

Pretty harsh and hostile invironment for an infection. I think it might have something to do with the bean - maybe caused by the fat oils in the bean disolved by the ABV? I do not see this as an infection. In top of it seems like there's some "debree" from the bean on the surface of the bubble :D
