So I won one of these fast fermenters at a Homebrew event. Never used one, never even heard of one. Anyone out there got any tips?

...no seriously I've used mine for 2 batches now and really like it. There are threads here about using it. I'll be building brackets for it in and old fridge to create a fermentation chamber, building the controller now. Lucky win for you.
