Hey there from NY

Hey I'm from central upstate NY and I love the idea of brewing my own beer. I've been a distiller for a while and find I enjoy mashing and making the beer more than I actually distilling. Its the science behind it all, watching my creation come to life and essentially creating an ecosystem that one day produces beer.
my dilemma is that I'm not 100% sure where to start. I need to learn the fundamentals. That's why I'm here.
Any advice on where to start? Posts, sites etc?
