Sounds great, did you make this? how did it come out?

Just my opinion...not sure you need the carapils in there since you are doing a wheat beer. That may aid in head retention in and of itself. Also if you want to save money (maybe??) you don't necessarily need to combine both liquid and dry malt extracts if they are both wheat.

Also, are you topping off with water (i.e partial boil)? If not your numbers are off, you can't have a boil size be less than your batch size if that's your truly your intended batch size. -- unless you are just accounting for topping off.

And as always, whenever I offer suggestions the biggest one I offer is "Do whatever works for you in the end that makes the beer you like. Everyone always has an opinion." :)

Forgot to add...i did a hoppy wheat ale with Centennial and Amarillo, so hop wise this sounds delicious...maybe i will even consider swapping out centennial for citra my next go....

I did add top off water. I actually just kicked this keg two weeks ago.

Hopwise i loved the flavor however something went wrong with the yeast and it really did not attenuate like it should have abv should have been 4.8(fg 1.012) only came out to 3.8(fg 1.020) So I will definitely try this recipe again this time as a partial mash and hope to hit target gravity
