Any suggestions for de carbing my TA. I know the style favors a higher carb level, but I'm just not happy with this level. I've thought of putting a spunding valve together and calibrate it for my carb level. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

It may not fix it completely, but stopping the gas, venting the keg, shaking and venting it a couple of times might fix it. FWIW

Easy. turn the gas pressure down. Purge the pressure valve. all you are doing is venting the excess. it will come out of solution if the pressure from the c02 tank is reduced. If you leave the CO2 on while you do this it could take a few days. If you turn the co2 off it may be faster. Either way, this is not a big deal. just need to bleed the excess off and let the excess come out of solution.

Thanks.for the advice. I'll turn off the gas and vent.
