Is there a way to bleed off pressure through a pin lock relief valve or do I have to do it through the inlet post? I wasn't sure if there was some kind of tool to do it.

if you do not have a valve in the lid you need to bleed it through the co2 post. use a screw driver or a knife and press the center of the post to put down on the spring.

It just presses the poppet down to release co2 from the in post.

Brilliant. That's not too much wear and tear on the faucet?

What - from beer and CO2? You're talking about the two things that the faucet is built to handle. I think it'll be ok ;)

It'd work, but honestly that's a lot more involved than just pressing down on the In poppet...

Cheers!
