I drank a bottle of Fox Tail (commercial, Joseph James brewing) gluten free beer last night and it was very good. On their web site it is not brewed with sorghum, but rice. Does anyone have a recipe for a beer like this?

Whoa! I'd love to try this beer...too bad it's not available in California. The website says it's brewed with rice and "nectars", around 50 IBU's from Cascade and Centennial hops. Without having tasted it, I can't even attempt to estimate a recipe, but you could always try contacting them. Some craft breweries are happy to share their recipes with homebrewers.

we just had a can of it last night. meh. i read on their website that it was made without sorghum and got pretty excited to try it. the rice and "nectars" sure have a faint twang similar to sorghum in our opinion.
