unfortunately its not exactly 100% conversion, but for every mole of glucose, there should be 2 moles of CO2 produced. 1 mole of glucose weighs 180g, 1 mole of CO2 weighs 44g
so assumming 100% conversion and 100% glucose, every lb of sugar makes about 0.5lb CO2, or if you want to go by points, then roughly every 40 total points would be 0.5lb CO2. if you meant volume, density of CO2 is about 2 kg/m3 so each lb glucose makes about 0.1m3 CO2
