Default Brewery Name

I'm thinking about naming my brewery Flying Bike Brewing Company. I was going for a reference to building something that seems impossible but could be done. I'm torn due to the possible association to New Belgium.

Thoughts or opinions?

I like the name, but I think the word 'company' makes it too long. Flying Bike Brewing sounds good IMO. With the ET thing, you could use that as a logo. Heck, run with it and name a beer 'phone home'.

it reminded me of Wizard of Oz for some reason. Maybe I watched it with Pink Floyd one too many times in college.
