I was wondering if there was any natural way of adding apple flavor to a beer other than just adding an apple extract(found some at LHBS but would prefer to do more organic way). I didnt have muck luck searching the site, so figured i would ask.

Primary: Snakebitten Apple Stout
Secondary#2: Christmas Apple Cinnamon Mead
Bottled: "November"fest Ale (So I took to long)
