Haha, congratulations ... what is that ... about 10.8% ABV?

Sounds like a beer I would like.

Dito. I've been debating doing a wee heavy and would like to hear what recipe you used that turned out so very good.

Congrats on a great brew, enjoy it!

Wee Heavy -- Mini Mash

3 lbs. Maris Otter
1.5 lbs. Crystal 60L
.125 lb. Black Roasted Barley
.25 lb. Peated Malt

10 lbs. Amber Extract

1 oz. Northern Brewer -- Bittering
.5 oz. Fuggle -- Flavor
.5 oz. Fuggle -- Aroma

Scottish Ale 1728 # 0046 Wyeast

pitched a 3 liter starter ~ that brought the volume up to close to 5.5 gallons....

Primary @ 62 degrees (swamp cooler) for 30 days

Secondary for 95 days @ 65 ~ 70 degrees....

now I have some concerns about those 22 ounce bottles @ 10.8%!
