I have a question about Dennys Fav 50. I fermented an APA between 66 and 68 for 4 days, but it got so hot in my house that today it was at 73 degrees... should I try to bring it down, or should I leave it be as 80 percent of actual fermentation is complete?
I know this is hot for this yeast, but is it a big problem if fermentation has slowed down?

Bring it down if you can, but honestly, at this point the damage has probably already been done if you fermented at anywhere near this temp. Otherwise, the temps won't be a major concern if you're looking at after fermentation temps.
