My apologies for not looking up this question but I am mid brew and have having an AC put in (not going to waste a day off by not brewing).

Can I simply save a portion of my yeast starter (in sanitized containers and having pulled the beer off after it has settled) and refrigerate for later brewing? Thanks!!!!!

Pitch the whole starter and harvest after the beer is done. You'll grow a whole lot more yeast that way.

I usually save a small portion of my starters from a "fresh" vial so I can grow up a healthy 1st generation batch of yeast after using my washed yeast.

Go for it!

Thank you for the quick replies. I will be doing both.
