I started my brew last night just got all the LME added and ran out of propane. Had to wait till this afternoon to get propane and restart How will this affect my brew.

1lb crystal malt 10L steeped in muslin bag
7lbs light LME
1oz centennial added 45 min boil
1/2 centennial 15 min
1/2 centennial 5 min

it will be fine. bring back to a boil to re-sterilize, continue.

It might turn out a bit darker than desired, (Malliard effect - caramelization due to heating/reheating) but no harm.

one thing you can do in subsequent batches to keep the color closer to expectations on extract batches is to add about a third of your LME or DME, follow the hop schedule, then about 20 minutes left, add the rest of the extract.

oh, and Welcome to HBT!

Thanks for the info the first 2 batches i've brewed i used 60L crystal needless to say they were not pale ales but very drinkable
