As i get older the more i love a really good nap. I am not talking about the 20 min cat nap, i am talking about the its cold outside i have no more chores to do today we have dinner plans out to eat with friends today is saturday all my brew stuff is ready to go for tomorrow im not getting up for a couple hours NAP.

I know that this is an incredible waste of a good afternoon and that people die in bed, but it seems that anymore with a 4 year old hellion running around, if i can get her down for a nap, dad usually follows suit.

I never go the hang of naps until I retired, but 20 minutes after lunch really helps my afternoon.

depending on how much I have been working and how busy work has been I have been known to take LOTS of naps, some up to 4 hours just to wake up eat, crap and go back to bed. I can also guarentee you that if I am doing any kind of continuing education (downloads via the internet) at work I'll be taking a nap VERY soon after it begins.

TBH I just woke up from a hour long snoozer
