I'm thinking about trying the Magic Hat #9 clone from the book "Clone Brews". Has anyone tried this recipe? If you have, are there any adjustments you would make? I love Magic Hat and want to come as close as possible to the real thing.
Thanks, Mike

I used a recipe that I found on here (all thanks and credit to the original owner).

.5lbs Crystal 55-65L - 20 min steep @ 150F
6lbs M&F Light DME
1lb M&F Wheat DME

2oz Tettnanger - 60 min
.25oz Willamette - 15 min
.25oz Cascade - 15 min

1tsp Irish Moss

WLP001 California Ale yeast.

@ secondary 2oz Apricot extract

That's not very much extract?

That's basically the same as the Clone Beers book recipe but it has 5.5# of M&F light Dme and 1/2 # wheat Dme
