Ok, I brewed my Lager Sunday. I cooled the wort in 6 hours down to 50 degrees. I pitched the yeast straight from the fridge into the fermenter (it said either let swell for 3 hours at 70 degrees or pitch right away, which I did). I am using the Wyeast Bohemian Lager strain. It has been almost 2 days now and no signs of activity. Do I take it out of the fridge, warm it up until activity shows then put it back in or let it go? I've never made a yeast starter in my brewing career, although I am venturing into that domain next. Please help. First time Lager brewer.
