What are some of you doing to maintain proper fermentation temps? I do an alright job keeping my fermenters in a small room next to the A/C vent, but its in no way consistent and it fluxes alot between the recommended fermentation temps depending on strain.
Is there any tips or equipment out there that I should know about?
